The midfield of Paris Saint-Germain looks to be strengthened during the forthcoming summer transfer window. During the January transfer, there were rumors circulating about Bruno Guimarães.
Expert in the transfer window Fabrizio Romano recently revealed that PSG is interested in signing Guimarães this summer. Thus, it’s possible that these speculations may only get stronger in the upcoming months.
Even if it seemed doubtful that the French powerhouses would sign the Brazilian this month, the Parisians will return for him once the 2023–24 campaign concludes. They are optimistic about winning the pursuit of the Newcastle player, according to The Daily Mirror (via Sky Sports).
PSG will have competition for the 26-year-old, though. A recent rumor claims that Barcelona and PSG are aggressively vying for Bruno Guimarães, and that a deal would only likely be reached in the summer.
If the report is accurate, the Ligue 1 squad would have secured the services of a talented midfielder—a player which manager Luis Enrique strongly values—by surpassing another formidable team in Europe.
