Luis Sinisterra will leaves Leeds United now

After joining on loan during the summer transfer window and making an impression in his current run of appearances at the Vitality Stadium, Sinisterra is expected to finalize a permanent move to Bournemouth.

Given Leeds’s Championship standing, a £20 million fee in the deal—paid early rather than waiting until the summer to ensure Leeds would receive the money—would have been a boost to the club rather than waiting to activate the buy option in the summer.

With the help of this solidarity payment, Dutch team Feyenoord—who signed Sinisterra for an alleged £1.7 million in 2018 [Transfermarkt]—will nearly double the amount they were originally paid for his sale.

The 5% transfer fee payment would have been made when Leeds agreed to pay £24.7 million [Sky Sports] to bring him to Elland Road. In total, Leeds will have paid the Colombian team about £2.3 million. In other Leeds United news, Phil Hay has revealed a new development that will occur in the next 24 hours.
