The England cricket team encounters additional visa problems when visiting India.
India’s Rajkot (AP) — During their trip in India, the English cricket team has encountered additional visa problems.
When the England team arrived back in India on Monday following a mid-series break in the United Arab Emirates, Rehan Ahmed was first turned away. The spinner only had a single-entry electronic visa, which he utilized prior to the 1-1 test series beginning.
Ahmed received an emergency two-day visa, which he used to practice in Rajkot on Tuesday ahead of the third exam, which is scheduled to begin on Thursday. His application for a multientry visa is complete.
England stated, “The appropriate visa should be processed and issued in the coming days.”
