The Los Angeles Lakers appeared adrift for several weeks during the 2023-24 NBA season, but the squad has finally begun to play as a unit.

Although the Lakers have established a strong starting lineup, they still have some flexibility in their supporting group.

As a result, the Lakers are gradually making changes to upgrade their squad in the closing months of the regular season.

With that in mind, it was recently revealed that Harry Giles III signed a two-way NBA contract with the Purple and Gold in the aim of providing depth at center.

Giles tweeted his response when the news was confirmed.

Playing for the Lakers is not for everyone, since the fan base has high expectations for every player on the team.

Several superb role players have succumbed to such pressure throughout their time with the Lakers.

However, Giles told the crowd that he was ready to join one of the greatest franchises of all time.

Giles formerly played for the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA’s 2023-24 season.

He only played 16 games with the squad, averaging 3.4 points, 1.6 rebounds, and 0.4 assists per game.
