Brewers Job Favorites: Current LA Coach, Dodgers Manager

Since the Dodgers have enjoyed such great success throughout the years, many other baseball teams have sought to duplicate it. Teams frequently attempt to bring in the key players that helped the success happen, and occasionally that takes the shape of staff members who need instruction.

LA had a solid squad under former manager Don Mattingly, even before their recent winning streak under manager Dave Roberts. It was time to move on since Mattingly was unable to get the Dodgers over their current setback. After managing the Miami Marlins, he served as the Toronto Blue Jays bench coach for the previous campaign.
