Next month, in Mobile, Alabama football coach Kalen DeBoer will be the featured speaker at the 2024 Team Focus fundraiser.
In downtown Mobile, on May 2, the Renaissance Riverview Plaza hotel will host the 16th annual Team Focus event. The event starts at 6 p.m., with doors opening at 5:30 p.m.
DeBoer was brought in January to take Nick Saban’s place as head coach of the Alabama Crimson Tide. DeBoer guided Washington to the 2023 College Football Playoff national championship game. Saban was an annual speaker at Team Focus, one of the regular charitable events in which he participated each year during his time at Alabama.
