Matt McMahon: Well, let us hope that we have made some progress. This summer, we had the chance to visit the Bahamas. Those ten days of practice were ours. That was crucial, in my opinion, for us to focus on developing our relationships as a team rather than focusing too much on offense or defense.
As you are aware, using the transfer portal in the spring was crucial to our efforts to stabilize our roster. The six guys we signed up for through the portal and the things we were able to accomplish there really pleased me. I believe we were able to add players who have demonstrated their ability to perform at a high level. They were all from successful programs with excellent coaching.
