Sadly, Caitlin Clark Released a Shocking Statement Before…

In an unexpected move, Caitlin Clark finally speaks out about the Chennedy Carter feud.

The rookie for the Indiana Fever handled the situation with poise.

Recently, Caitlin Clark has been in the headlines more than usual, though not always for the reasons she would have preferred. Many people have criticized Clark and discussed her aggressiveness, which has generated a lot of discussion among her WNBA competitors.

Many people think Clark is being singled out and are incensed by the harsh penalties she has received throughout the first part of her professional career. Prior to Friday’s Indiana Fever vs. Washington Mystics game, Clark answered questions from the students.

Caitlin Clark doesn’t need an apology from WNBA rivals

The conversation began when Clark was asked if she believed that Cody Carter, a player with the Chicago Sky who had fouled her off the ball in a previous game, owed her an apology.

Carter received a simple “no” from Clark, who then praised her for her performance this season. She made reference to “it’s just basketball” a few times.

To some surprise, the former Iowa standout doesn’t seem too disturbed by it all. She’s a gamer at heart, though, and all she wants is to play the sport she loves.
