Authorities have charged a sophomore cornerback at Louisiana State University, claiming that he videotaped himself having sex with a lady on camera without getting her permission.
The East Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff’s Office reports that Javien Toviano, 19, of Arlington, Texas, brought himself in on Sunday, July 22, on suspicion of video voyeurism.
According to an arrest document, on July 8, a lady met with officers and reported that she discovered on Toviano’s iPad recordings of the two that were taken through a built-in camera on a dresser next to the bed.
