Caitlin Clark, who was controversially left off of the USA women’s basketball team, has already returned to practicing with the Indiana Fever.
Caitlin Clark, who caused controversy when she was left off of the USA women’s basketball team at the Olympics, has already returned to practice with the Indiana Fever.
Fans expressed outrage earlier in the summer when the rookie star was left off of the Olympic team that was flown to Paris. Her rejection occurred as Clark was drawing attention to the WNBA and breaking attendance and viewership records.
Even though their next game isn’t until August 16—after the Olympics—Clark is still committed to capping off her debut WNBA season well and is back in the lab.
Clark was spotted on Tuesday getting ready for the remainder of the season at the Fever training facility.
During the workout, the former Iowa standout was wearing her Nike Kobe 5 Protro PEs. She seemed happy as well when discussing her new shoes.
