“As many of you know, Ravens TE was unable to catch the game-tying two-point convert, which disappointed Ravens supporters. On top of that, the TE has been receiving death threats and negative remarks about his performance last night,” according to the GoFundMe page description.

“We’d like Bills Mafia to donate to Mark’s charity for juvenile diabetes.” Let us set a minimum objective of $5,000.
To say that the aim has been met would be a huge understatement.

As of Wednesday afternoon, the page has raised more than (US)$74,000 for the organization, with the target increased to $90,000.

The Ravens thanked Bills fans for their support of Andrews and his charitable efforts.

“Shout out to Bills Mafia for showing support to our guy Mark Andrews and donating to the @BreakthroughT1D organization, which works towards curing and improving the lives of those dealing with Type 1 diabetes,” the team’s official Instagram account wrote.

Lamar Jackson, the Ravens’ top quarterback, also went out of his way to comfort Andrews following the loss.

“I’m just as hurt as Mark,” Jackson explained. “It is not his fault.” All of us had a role in that game. It’s a team effort. We’re not going to blame Mark since he’s been battling all season.

“He’s been doing the same fantastic things he’s done all season. It does not always go our way. We want it to, but things aren’t going our way right now. “We need to figure it out.”

In 2018, Buffalo supporters donated more than $250,000 to then-Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton and his wife’s foundation after he helped Buffalo secure a postseason berth by leading a game-winning drive that eliminated Baltimore.

The Bills Mafia will be cheering loudly this Sunday when the club faces the defending two-time Super Bowl Chiefs in Kansas City, with a Super Bowl berth on the line.
