On Wednesday, the Texans made another signing official. Dieter Eiselen, an offensive lineman, played in ten games last season, mostly on special teams. He currently has a contract.
Originating from South Africa, Eiselen participated in collegiate athletics at Yale.
The Athletic’s Kevin Fishbain did a fantastic article on Eiselen and his path to the NFL.
Who else, you know, had an amazing journey? Sean Pendergast from 610 Sports Radio. You may listen to the podcast he recorded with Marc Vandermeer of Texans Voice below.
In 2024, the Texans are expected to fly a little bit more than they did in the previous fall. The Cowboys game in Dallas will require the shortest road trip, while the New England game in Providence, Rhode Island, will require the longest.
