The Tigers announced in a video uploaded to X that they will pay tribute to Reese on Senior Day, which is scheduled for the team’s game against Kentucky on March 3. In a quote tweet about the piece, Reese seemed to imply that a
choice about her future might be made at that point.
“Should I leave or should I stay? “I’m not sure,” Reese wrote.

Reese has not yet declared if she plans to play in the WNBA or return to LSU for her last year of NCAA eligibility.

Most publications rank the 21-year-old forward in the top 10, with the Washington Mystics selected at No. 6 by ESPN and Sporting News, and the Sky selected first in the second round (at No. 13) in Yahoo Sports’ mock draft.
When ESPN predicted that Reese would go eighth overall back in September, her coach, Kim Mulkey, claimed that Reese took the prediction personally.

Remember that WNBA pay and NIL revenues are not mutually exclusive. Reese would eventually get a contract with the WNBA, but when she transitioned to the professional ranks, she probably would hang onto a lot of her NIL deals.
