The Bulldogs are among the teams that have shown a strong interest in signing Eastside (Ga.) linebacker in the past month.
On December 5, Christian Gass awoke from a dream that, up until that point, had seemed impossible.
Early in December, the Eastside (Ga.) linebacker received a call to his high school coach, Jay Cawthon’s office. Not too long ago, Gass accepted an offer from Kansas, his first in Power 5. Gass was going to be astounded by what he was about to discover. Gass received a call from the Southern Cal coaches on December 5th, early in the morning, informing him that they were also making an offer. Other than the fact that he had dreamed about it the previous night, Gass didn’t think it was conceivable.
“It’s bizarre; this is exactly how my dream went. In my dream, I received an offer from USC. In my dream, everything that occurred actually did occur. That’s what happened: I woke up in the middle of my dream, and the day was just as I had imagined it would be.”
That is, essentially, how he dreamed of it.
“Except for Tennessee and Georgia, so that part was just crazy,” he stated.
