The Golden State Warriors had a 4-1 record after playing five games away from home. They have maintained their ranking as the Western Conference’s 10th seed as a consequence. The Houston Rockets, who are vying for a possible position in the play-in round, are trailing Steve Kerr’s club by two games.
Speaking to the media on Sunday, March 31, after the Warriors defeated the San Antonio Spurs, Kerr commended his team’s recent performance. He mentioned that Golden State is a good squad based on their previous results.
The Warriors’ current run of success was greatly needed. Throughout the season, they have been erratic. Their track record on their own floor is really alarming. Still, the Warriors needed a run of strong games going into this road trip, and they delivered.
There are eight games left on Golden State’s schedule. Kerr will want his team to maintain their current pace and secure a chance to scrape into the playoffs with a two-game lead over the Rockets. Anything can happen in the postseason if they can accomplish that objective.
