Receivers who have succeeded after transferring from other institutions have benefited Alabama. The Tide was very beneficial to Gehrig Dieter, Jermaine Burton, Jameson Williams, and Richard Mullaney. In the summer of 2015, Mullaney left Oregon State to assist Alabama in winning a national championship. Williams, who transferred from Ohio State, had one of the best receiving seasons in Crimson Tide history in 2021. With 79 receptions for 1,572 yards and 14 touchdowns, he helped lead the Alabama Tide to the Southeastern Conference title. Is there another transfer weapon that the Tide has coming out that will cause a stir in the autumn?
